By accessing or using the Clear We Go website (the "Site") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Clear We Go provides estate and property clearing services in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including estate cleanouts, rental turnover clearing, commercial decommissioning, and renovation preparation. The Site offers an online quiz that generates an illustrative estimate range based on the information you provide.

3. Estimates Are Not Binding

The estimate ranges generated through our online quiz are illustrative planning figures only. They are not binding quotes, contracts, or guarantees of price. A written quote will be provided only after an in-person walkthrough of the property by a Clear We Go representative. Final pricing may differ from any online estimate based on actual site conditions, scope, and access.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms and the quiz.
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes related to inquiring about or engaging our services.
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, including introducing malicious code, overloading servers, or scraping content.
• Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, design, layout, and software, is the property of Clear We Go or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which describe how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

These Terms govern your use of the Site only. Actual clearing services are subject to a separate written service agreement or quote provided after a walkthrough. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
